Understanding your Daily Readiness Score

Daily Readiness is a 0–100 score that reflects how well the foundations of milk production are pulling together today — not how you're "doing" overall.

The Four Foundations

Recovery

Healing after birth — postpartum phase, bleeding, pain trajectory.

Wellness

Sleep, nutrition, hydration, and stress — the daily inputs supply lives on.

Comfort

Breast and nipple comfort — engorgement, plugs, persistent pain.

Rhythm

Stim sessions, gap length, and alignment with your supply goal.

Sharing with your healthcare provider

Export a clinical-style PDF summary of your check-ins — what to bring to your OB, lactation consultant, or pediatrician.

  • Symptom timeline with red-flag indicators
  • Daily inputs (sleep, hydration, nutrition, mood)
  • Feeding/pumping frequency patterns
  • Medical history context

Frequently asked questions

How often should I check in?

Daily check-ins give the most accurate signal, but a few times a week still produces a useful pattern.

What if I have a low Daily Readiness Score?

It points to areas that need attention today — not a verdict. Read the Four Foundation cards for the specific drivers, and check in with your provider when symptoms hit the red-flag thresholds.

Can I edit past check-ins?

Yes. Open your check-in history, tap any entry, and edit.

Is my data private?

Your health data stays private. We don't sell or share personal information. You decide what gets exported and shared with providers.
