1. Complete Your Profile

Start by adding your baby's delivery date in your profile settings. This helps us calculate your postpartum phase and provide personalized insights.

Daily check-ins help track your recovery and provide insights into your milk supply confidence. Answer questions about sleep, nutrition, comfort, and feeding patterns.

After your check-in, you'll receive your MSCI score and see how the Four Foundations are working together to support your milk supply.

Understanding Your MSCI Score

The Milk Supply Confidence Indicator (MSCI) is a comprehensive score (0-100) that reflects how well the key foundations of milk production are working together to support your supply.

The Four Foundations

🌱 Recovery Foundation

Your body's healing process after birth. Includes factors like delivery type, medical history, and postpartum recovery.

💪 Wellness Foundation

Daily self-care factors like sleep, nutrition, hydration, and stress levels that support milk production.

🤱 Comfort Foundation

Breast and nipple health, including comfort levels and symptoms like engorgement or pain.

🔄 Rhythm Foundation

Your feeding and pumping patterns, including frequency and alignment with your supply goals.

Sharing Data with Your Healthcare Provider

You can export a clinical-style PDF summary of your check-ins to share with your doctor, lactation consultant, or other healthcare providers.

The export includes:

  • Symptom timeline with red flag indicators
  • Daily inputs (sleep, hydration, nutrition, mood)
  • Feeding/pumping frequency patterns
  • Medical history context

How often should I check in?

We recommend daily check-ins for the most accurate tracking. However, checking in a few times per week can still provide valuable insights.

What if I have a low MSCI score?

A low score indicates areas that may need attention. Review your Four Foundations to see which areas could use improvement. Always consult with a healthcare provider for personalized guidance.

Can I edit past check-ins?

Yes! Visit your Check-In History and click on any entry to view and edit it.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your health data is private and secure. We never share your personal information with third parties. You control what data you export and share with your healthcare providers.
